Text Box: RPM Engineers, Inc. provide inspection services on construction projects in West Virginia and South Carolina. Our engineers have both construction management and design experience, which enables them to perform successful and reliable construction oversight in the field. RPM’s construction management division includes engineers experienced in construction management, field inspection, quality control and quality assurance services for a variety of projects. RPM’s project engineers, resident engineers, and site inspectors provide onsite services during construction as well as contract administration including bid services, contract negotiation, scheduling, pay requests, coordinating contract changes, conflict resolution, and successful project closeout. Our staff engineers conduct contract documentation, and prepare construction procedures manuals, construction quality assurance plans, constructability review.

RPM staff is very experience with assisting its clients with the tedious and labor intensive maintenance operations such as asset inventories. RPM provides clients with expedited inventories to include condition assessment, database categorization, and record keeping to allow clients to focus on more critical maintenance operations and the subsequent management of third party contractors to address maintenance concerns.
