Text Box: Founded on February 19, 2004, RPM Engineers, Inc. (RPM) was organized to provide clients with expert services at a great value.  RPM began specializing in bridge design, analysis, rehabilitation, roadway design, construction engineering, and inventory inspections, but has grown substantially over the last two years to offer a variety of other civil engineering capabilities as well as a diverse expertise in construction engineering, inspection and material testing services for both Transportation and Commercial Construction projects.
