Text Box: RPM Engineers provides Chapter 17 (Special Inspections) in conjunction with Chapter 1 Inspections. Our staff has many years of experience and certifications for many areas of the Chapter 17 Inspections. Chapter 17 Inspections involve more detail inspections for more critical structures that fall into designated Occupancies and Seismic criteria as defined by the International Building Code as well as Material Testing. These inspections sometimes include more detailed observance of foundations, concrete, steel joints and welds, masonry and fire protection.
